Unitary identification and traceability for serum wells

  • Read a barcode label already attached to the part
  • Code reading and automatic ejection of the part in case of duplicate
  • Marking of a unique identifier on each of the 48 serum wells:
  • 10 alphanumeric characters (readable OCR font) + Datamatrix code
  • Verification of markings before validation of the cycle and recording of the identifiers in a traceability database

  1. Full cycle time: 1 minute
  2. Zero risk of non-compliant parts: 100% reading rate
  3. Reduced marking surface: diameter of the wells: 8.5mm
  4. Workstation installed in a clean room environment
